The owner is a certified Pilates instructor who specializes in pre- and post-natal, pre- and post-surgery work and training for NFL players. The petite instructor’s sessions were famously so tough on players that coaches would schedule player sessions on non-practice days. But she also has a softer side, sharing a deep empathy and personal connection with her clients.
